Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion Completes Construction

The 81,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery and wellness center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., features pre-op and post-op bays, operating rooms, and sterile processing as well as traditional medical services, and fitness and rehabilitation centers.

Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., a 81,000-square-foot surgery and wellness center, has completed construction.

Designed by Gresham, Smith and Partners, the facility features a two-story atrium and flexible tenant spaces for doctors’ offices.

The pavilion is anchored by a 16,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center, which includes a registration area, a pre-testing area, 18 pre-op and post-op bays and five operating rooms, as well as sterile processing and clean storage areas. The building’s second level will feature traditional medical services, as well as fitness and rehabilitation centers.

The project team includes ANF Group Inc. (construction manager); BR+A Engineers and Kimley-Horn (civil engineers).
