Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion recently celebrated a major construction milestone with a topping off ceremony in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. A tree was placed on top of the tilt-wall medical pavilion to mark construction progress and completion of the roof.
The Class A medical hub will offer build-to-suit medical suites for physicians, physician groups, and other related medical services. The future 82,000-square-foot, multitenant project, with an ambulatory surgery center managed by Axis Health Care, started construction in March and is on track for completion at the end of the first quarter of 2018.
The developer is Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion LLC and the development partner is ANF Group. Poject team members include Salomon Roofing, Knight Electric, Hill York, Centerline Plumbing, Sunline Civil, Area Paving, Southern Fire, D&D Mobile Welding and Lotspeich Co. of Florida.
