Duke Raleigh Hospital’s South Pavilion Completed In North Carolina

The six-story project includes 92 private rooms, nine ORs, and an ICU.

Duke Health’s (Raleigh, N.C.) new South Pavilion has been completed on its campus in Raleigh.

The six-story, 210,000-square-foot, 92-bed facility includes nine operating rooms (ORs) on the first floor, a second-floor intensive care unit (ICU), medical-surgical units with private patient rooms on the third and fourth floors, and flex space on the fifth floor.

This project also included an upgraded, two-story central energy plant.

Robins & Morton (Birmingham, Ala.) served as the general contractor on the project.
