Emory Healthcare’s Musculoskeletal Institute Breaks Ground

Officials at Emory Healthcare’s new Musculoskeletal Institute broke ground on a planned 180,000-square-foot LEED-certified facility in Emory’s Executive Park health innovation district in Brookhaven, Ga.

Emory Healthcare’s new Musculoskeletal Institute broke ground last week in Brookhaven, Ga. The planned 180,000-square-foot LEED-certified facility will reside in Emory’s Executive Park health innovation district. Hammes Company will serve as program manager for the new Institute, a patient and family-centered facility providing orthopedics and spine ambulatory care, physical therapy, imaging, ambulatory surgery, and research support space. Construction on the new Emory Musculoskeletal Institute is anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
