Erdman, a Madison, Wis.-based firm focused on the healthcare and senior living markets, has announced two key staff changes.
Former CEO Brian Happ has been named chairman, and Rustin Becker, most recently Erdman’s president and COO, has been promoted to president and CEO.
Happ served more than 20 years at the firm and will continue to be involved with the governance, growth, and ownership of Erdman.
Rustin has been a key leader within the organization for 20 years.
