Erdman, a Madison, Wis.-based healthcare and senior living strategy, design, construction, and development firm, has added Jim Medendorp as managing director of advisory services and a member of its senior leadership team.

Medendorp’s experience includes strategic transformation, operational optimization, and business development within the healthcare sector. He has held roles at Saint Francis Health System (Tulsa, Okla.) and healthcare solutions group The Innova Group (Austin, Texas).
