Exceptional Health Breaks Ground On Community Hospital In Arizona

Hospital group Exceptional Healthcare (Dallas) has broken ground on a new community hospital in Maricopa, Ariz., according to an article in inmaricopa.com.

The $18 million, 20,000-square-foot project will include a specialty internal medicine hospital, 24-hour ED, digital imaging suite, laboratory, and inpatient and outpatient hospital beds for acute admissions and overnight observation of patients.

Each inpatient room will have accommodations for a family member to stay the night. A helipad is also planned for the site.
