Global architecture, design, and planning firm Gensler (Houston) has appointed Healthcare Practice Leader Alanna Carter to principal, according to a news release.
Carter has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare design. In her new role, she will collaborate with clients to address project challenges and goals and help drive design innovations.
