Georgia is planning to reopen a field hospital at the Georgia World Congress Center (Atlanta) as the state faces increasing hospitalizations and new coronavirus cases, according an article in CNBC.

The convention center transformed one of its exhibit halls into a 200-bed alternative care facility in April, but it was closed in May.

The project will use state-owned equipment, including hospital beds and medical equipment.
