Good Samaritan Hospital‘s new seven-story, 193,500-square-foot medical pavilion has opened in Los Angeles.

The integrated care facility provides a complete range of services on a footprint of less than three-quarters of an acre.

The first floor includes a discount retail pharmacy, resource center, women’s imaging center, radiation oncology center, and indoor/outdoor cafe. The second floor is dedicated to the 30,000-square-foot Frank R. Seaver Ambulatory Surgery Center with eight operating suites, 10 preoperative stations, 28 recovery rooms and a 1,700 square foot waiting room/lobby. The remaining floors house private physician offices and hospital clinics.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services, Millie and Severson served as general contractor, and California Commercial Real Estate Services is the broker, property manager and owner’s representative.
