Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC; Montgomery, Ala.) has acquired Cassetty Architects (Henderson, Tenn.), according to a news release.
Cassetty brings expertise in healthcare architecture and planning, expanding GMC’s healthcare design practice in the southeast U.S. The Cassetty team has relocated to GMC’s Nashville office.
The firm’s recent notable projects in the healthcare field include the Advanced Surgery Center of Sarasota in Sarasota, Fla., Orlando Ophthalmology Surgery Center in Orlando, Fla., and University Surgery Center expansion in Winter Park, Fla.
