Gresham Smith (Nashville) has appointed Chris Hoal, healthcare market design leader, as director of architectural design, based in the firm’s Nashville office, according to a news release.
In his new role, Hoal will guide design strategy across all markets, while continuing to lead design strategy for the healthcare market.
In his 14 years with Gresham Smith, he has led national healthcare projects for firms such as Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.) and UP Health System (Marquette, Mich.).
Hoal was named the 2024 HCD 10 Architect by Healthcare Design.
