Albany ENT & Allergy Services, OrthoNY, and St. Peter’s Hospital recently began construction work on a new 54,000-square-foot medical office building and multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Colonie, N.Y.
The project will feature 32,000 square feet of new offices for Albany ENT & Allergy Services and 22,000 square feet for the ambulatory surgery center. Services at the surgery center will include tonsillectomies, total joint replacements, and more.
Project partners include Paulsen Development Co. and BBL Construction (contractor).
Construction work is expected to be completed by summer 2019.
