HCA Florida West Marion Opens New Hospital Tower In Ocala, Florida 

The $120 million project houses 24 medical/surgical inpatient rooms, 16 rehabilitation rooms, four ORs, and an expanded sterile processing department.

HCA Florida Healthcare (Tampa, Fla.) opened a new $120-million hospital tower at HCA Florida West Marion in Ocala, Fla., according to southfloridahospitalnews.com 

The 3-story tower houses 40 private inpatient rooms, including 24 medical/surgical beds and 16 rehabilitation beds, as well as four new operating rooms (ORs).  

The project also features an expanded sterile processing department, shell space on the second floor, a relocated engineering plant, and a laboratory renovation. Additionally, 247 parking spaces were added on the campus.
