Plans Submitted For Clinical Life Sciences Facility Paddington Hub In London

The proposed 516,700-square-foot facility will house spaces for clinical trials and education and engagement services.

Global design, architecture, engineering, and planning firm HOK (London) has submitted plans for Paddington Hub, a clinical life sciences facility in Westminster, London, England, according to a news release.

Bartlet Asset Management (London) is the developer on the project, working in collaboration with St. Mary’s Hospital in London, which is adjacent to the project site. The proposed 516,700-square-foot facility will house spaces for clinical trials and education and engagement services.

Located on the former Imperial College Medical School site, the facility will be home to more than 1,800 clinicians, researchers, and support staff to accelerate medical discovery.
