Huntington Hospital Plans New MOB In California

The four-story project will feature medical offices and retail space.

Huntington Hospital (Pasadena, Calif.) is planning a new medical office building (MOB) in Pasadena, according to an article in Pasadena Now.

The four-story building will feature 100,825 square feet of medical offices and 4,450 square feet of ground-floor retail space, according to an article in Urbanize Los Angeles.

Two floors of subterranean parking with 183 parking spaces will also be constructed as part of the project.
