IntegraCare And Avenue Development Plan $30M Community

The Pennsylvania community will include 130 independent living and assisted living units and 20 memory care units.

IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) and developer Avenue Development (Indianapolis) are planning an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in York Township, Pa., according to an article in York Dispatch.

The $30 million, four-story community will include 130 independent and assisted living units, as well as 20 memory care units.

Situated on 16.5 acres, the community will feature a theater, library, hair salon, fitness center, therapy area, card room, and bistro.

The community is expected to open late fall 2022.
