Intermountain Park City Hospital Begins Construction On Cancer Center, Expanded ED In Park City, Utah  

The cancer center will house a state-of-the-art linear accelerator for radiation treatment and 18 infusion bays, while the expanded ED will include four new trauma bays.

Intermountain Health (Salt Lake City) has started construction on a new cancer center and emergency department (ED) expansion at Intermountain Health Park City Hospital in Park City, Utah, according to a news release 

The 10,800-square-foot cancer center will house vital services including medical oncology, a state-of-the-art linear accelerator for radiation treatment, and 18 infusion bays.  

The ED expansion will add nearly 9,000 square feet to the department and will include four new trauma bays, an imaging suite, and two surgical rooms dedicated for gastrointestinal procedures.
