Design and build firm Kai Design (St. Louis) has hired Michael Andresen as project manager and Ramona Nicula as director of electrical engineering.
Andresen will serve as the liaison between the owner/client and the design team on public and private projects and be responsible for the work quality, schedules, and budget compliance for project teams.
Nicula will lead electrical engineering project design, work planning, electrical discipline recruitment and staff development. She will provide project oversight of St. Louis-led projects and lead the overall quality control of the electrical department.
