A new 66,467-square-foot medical facility is being planned in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia.

The three-story Lyndoch Medical Centre will include an urgent care center, pathology department, pharmacy, dental care clinic, cafe, and innovation space that will house co-working and wellness areas that include access to respite spaces and greenery.

Situated on 1.6 acres, the facility will be constructed of cross-laminated timber construction using locally sourced, environmentally sustainable timber.

ThomsonAdsett (Melbourne) will serve as the project’s architect, planner, and principal consultant.

The center is slated for completion in 2021.
