Architecture, advisory, planning, and interior design firm McMillan Pazdan Smith (Asheville, N.C.) has strengthened its healthcare practice in the southeastern United States with the promotion of Samer Hamde to principal, according to a news release.
Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Hamde joined McMillan Pazdan Smith in February 2024 as healthcare practice leader, bringing 25 years of experience with a focus on healthcare design.
His portfolio includes projects for Bon Secours Mercy Health (Greenville, S.C.), CaroMont Health (Belmont, N.C.) and Medical University of South Carolina Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital (Charleston, S.C.).
