Plans are underway for a new medical high-rise project in Orlando, Fla.

Vertical Medical City, to be developed by Ponte Health Properties LLC, is envisioned as a self-sustaining, patient-focused, advanced technology-driven facility, according to the press release.

The new structure will have a three-tower complex, offering various services such as critical care and preventive care over 4 million square feet of construction and about 70 stories of interactive environments.

Ponte Health will be seeking a single partner to share a 50 percent equity stake in the project, to advance the engineering, technologies, and patient experience development.
