Memorial Hospital of Tampa (Tampa, Fla.) is adding a freestanding emergency department (ED) in Tampa, Fla., according to an article in 83degreesmedia.com.
The 10,000-square-foot project will include 11 beds, a trauma bay, laboratory, and radiology, CT, and ultrasound diagnostic services.
Memorial Hospital currently operates two ED facilities at Memorial Hospital of Tampa and Tampa Community Hospital (Town ‘n’ Country, Fla.).
