Michael Graves Architecture (MG; Princeton, N.J.) has acquired Waldon Studio Architects (WSA; Columbia, Md.), as part of a long-term strategic growth plan for MG.
Under the new company structure, WSA Founder Ravi Waldon will serve as principal as well as head of the firm’s faith-based sector. Additional WSA principals and directors will be incorporated into MG’s organizational structure as principals of various practice sectors, which includes healthcare.
