Design firm MKM architecture + design (MKM; Fort Wayne, Ind.) has promoted Andrew Mitchell to principal.

Mitchell joined MKM in 2009, focusing on community-based design and adaptive reuse. He earned his Bachelor of Science in environmental design and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Ball State University (Muncie, Ind.).
