Mohawk Valley Health Selects Architectural Firm, Construction Manager

The proposed $480 million, 750,000-square-foot integrated health campus will include 400 all private inpatient rooms and will replace two inpatient campuses.

Mohawk Valley Health System has selected an architectural firm and a construction manager for the planning, design, and construction of its new hospital project in Utica, N.Y.

The architectural firm is NBBJ, and the construction manager is Turner Construction Co. Hammes Co. is the project management company.

The cost projection for the integrated health campus is approximately $480 million for a 750,000-square-foot facility. The new hospital will replace Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare and St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
