Pullman Regional Hospital has started a multiphase expansion project in Pullman, Wash., according to the Lewiston Tribune.
The first phase has been completed, adding a new laboratory and completing infrastructure and safety upgrades that enable future phases. The upgrades include an expanded central sterile area.
Phase two will add an operating room (OR), endoscopy room, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Additional phases will deliver three behavioral health patient rooms and a new medical office building (MOB) behind the hospital.
The project is estimated to cost between $45 million and $50 million and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Design West Architects (South Salt Lake, Utah) is the architect, and Bouten Construction Company (Spokane, Wash.) is serving as general contractor.
