Premier Health (Dayton, Ohio) and Otterbein SeniorLife (Lebanon, Ohio) are planning a new multispecialty healthcare site at Union Village, a $1.5 billion mixed-use community in Lebanon, Ohio.
The Premier Health Center at Union Village will occupy the Dilgard Building, previously home to the Otterbein SeniorLife home offices.
The facility will offer multiple services including primary care, orthopedic, cardiology, imaging, and lab, as well as an urgent care and an occupational health services center.
The project is scheduled to open in summer 2021.
