New Hospital Tower And Parking Structure Planned For University Of New Mexico Hospital

The 96-bed tower will be built after the parking structure.

University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH; Albuquerque, N.M.) is building a new hospital tower and parking structure, according to an article in KOB 4.

The $95 million, 1,400-parking-space structure will be built first and include the hospital’s utilities and receiving dock. The $522 million hospital tower will follow and house 96 critical care beds.

Construction on the hospital tower is expected to begin in June and completed by the end of 2024.
