New Perry County Community Hospital To Offer Emergency, Inpatient, and Outpatient Services In Linden, Tennessee

New owner BradenHealth is awaiting approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to reopen the facility, which was closed in 2020.

Perry County Community Hospital in Linden, Tenn., is slated to reopen under new ownership, according to the website beckershospitalreview.

The facility, which closed five years ago, was acquired by BradenHealth (Greensboro, N.C.) in December 2025.

BradenHealth, which focuses on acquiring, renovating, and reopening rural hospitals, modernized the facility to meet state and federal safety standards and is awaiting approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission (Nashville, Tenn.) to reopen the hospital.

The facility is expected to offer emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services.
