The new Quincy Valley Medical Center opened in Quincy, Wash., according to the Columbia Basin Herald.
The 45,000-square-foot replacement hospital houses eight inpatient rooms, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy facilities, and a rural health clinic, according to a news release from Graham Construction & Engineering (Seattle), the builder on the project.
The former, existing hospital will be demolished and the site redeveloped as a wellness garden and additional parking to support the new facility.
