Duke Realty, an Indianapolis-based commercial real estate developer, announced that it will break ground early this summer on a two-story, 37,000-square-foot, off-campus medical office building on 3.85 acres in Santa Clarita, Calif.

The medical office building will be owned by Duke Realty and has been 100 percent preleased by Facey Medical Group, an affiliate of Providence Health and Services, a not-for-profit Catholic health system serving communities across seven states, including California. The project is expected to be completed in June 2018.

Boulder Associates will serve as architect, and Snyder Langston will serve as general contractor.
