Riverview Health’s New Westfield Facility Will Now Be A Hospital
Riverview Health announced that its Board of Trustees approved plans to expand the scope of services at its new facility in Westfield, Ind., which is set to open in late 2017.
The 108,000-square-foot hospital will include inpatient beds, three surgery suites and an emergency room. Previous plans for the building included only outpatient services.
In addition to expanded emergency care, the new facility will also include imaging and laboratory services, an outpatient pharmacy, physical and occupational therapy, an employer wellness clinic, physician offices, endocrinology, family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and orthopedics and sports medicine.
