Developer NexCore Group (Denver) and health system Beaumont Health (Southfield, Mich.) celebrated the grand opening of the Beaumont Health Outpatient Campus – Lenox in Lenox, Mich.

The three-story, 109,630-square-foot medical office building includes a 24/7/365 emergency department (ED) as well as specialty care and outpatient services. The facility also houses a concierge-style patient education center, collaboration areas, lab, pharmacy, café, and two-story glass atrium.

The project will also support several independent physician practices offering services including oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiovascular care, internal medicine, and podiatry. Additionally, an ambulatory surgery center operated by SMP (Sioux Falls, S.D.) provides surgical services including orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, gynecology, gastroenterology, and pain management.

The project team comprised HKS Architects (architect; Dallas) and Roncelli (general contractor; Sterling Heights).
