Catholic, nonprofit health system SSM Health (St. Louis) completed a 15,600-square-foot outpatient clinic in Warrenton, Mo.
Situated on a 3.6-plus acres, the facility houses 18 exam rooms, adult and pediatric gyms, treatment rooms, a lab suite, waiting lounge, and staff support areas, including offices, a shared workroom, and break room.
Kai Enterprises (St. Louis) provided architecture, interior design, engineering, and construction services for the $4.3 million project.
