Northern Light Mercy Hospital Readies To Break Ground On Expansion

Northern Light Mercy Hospital (Portland, Maine) is poised to break ground on an expansion at its Mercy’s Fore River campus in Portland, according to an article in the Portland Press Herald.

The $83.8 million project will feature a 193,000-square-foot hospital, an 82,200-square-foot medical office building, and a 35,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center, as well as 95 surface parking spaces.

It is expected to be completed in 18 to 24 months.
