Novant Health (Winston-Salem, N.C.) has opened Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C., according to a news release.
The 250,000-square-foot hospital houses 66 inpatient beds, eight operating rooms (ORs), two gastroenterology and endoscopy procedure rooms, and a cardiac catheterization lab. The facility also includes 14 observation rooms, a 29-bed pre- and post-surgical unit, and a 12-bed post-anesthesia care unit.
The medical campus also includes the existing, standalone Novant Health Scotts Hill Outpatient Surgery Center and Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Plaza, a 60,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB).
