According to “Columbus Business First,” Orthopedic One is anchoring a 50,000-square-foot, $12 million private medical office planned to open right before the new Mount Carmel Grove City hospital.
Healthcare developer Hplex Solutions Inc. is leasing 3.4 acres from Mount Carmel Health System near the southwest corner of its 66-acre campus. Construction is expected to start in September for the office to open before the hospital’s November 2018 opening.
