Outpatient Medical Center Breaks Ground In New York

The $40 million Long Beach Medical Arts Pavilion will include primary care, women and children’s health, and cardiology services.

Mount Sinai South Nassau (Oceanside, N.Y.) has broken ground on a new outpatient medical center in Long Beach, N.Y., according to an article in Newsday.

The $40 million Long Beach Medical Arts Pavilion will house primary care, women and children’s health, cardiology, imaging, gastrointestinal, and pain management services.

The project team includes EW Howell Construction Group (Plainview, N.Y.). Construction is expected to take 18 months.
