Construction of Cherese Mari Laulhere Children’s Village has wrapped up in Long Beach, Calif., according to an article in the Press-Telegram.

The four-story, 80,000-square-foot facility, which will treat children with chronic illnesses and serve as an extension of MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach, is slated to open in early 2021.

The outpatient facility will house 36 pediatric specialties, a pharmacy, adolescent gym, developmental therapy gym, infant gym, treatment rooms, and exam rooms.

The project team includes C|A Architects (design) and Turner Construction Company (construction)
