Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, has topped out its multispecialty outpatient facility in Radnor, Pa.
The four-story, 250,000-square-foot center and adjacent 994-car parking garage are expected to open in spring 2020 The project is targeted for a sustainability level of LEED Silver certification.
The Penn Medicine at Radnor team includes IMC Construction (construction manager); Ballinger (architect); Pennoni (site/civil engineer); Stantec (MEP engineer); and Tim Haahs (structural engineer).
