Penn State Health Plans Outpatient Center In Pennsylvania
Penn State Health (Hershey, Pa.) is planning a new outpatient center that will be housed in a former Toys R’ Us store in Lancaster County, Pa., according to an article in Pennlive.com.
The 47,000-square-foot project will include the build-out of 30,000 square feet of medical office space for medical and surgical specialties and outpatient services, such as imaging and lab testing. The grounds, parking, and lot configuration will remain the same.
The project team includes Greenfield Architects Ltd. (designer; Lancaster County), High Construction Company (general contractor; Lancaster County), High Associates Ltd. (developer: Lancaster County), and CBRE (real estate: Harrisburg, Pa.). Construction is expected to begin in spring 2021.
