Penrose-St. Francis Health Services To Begin Construction On Spine And Orthopedic Hospital

The $30 million, 72-bed project in Colorado will include 10 ORs, a MOB, and surgery center.

Penrose-St. Francis Health Services (Colorado Springs, Colo.) is planning a $150 million spine and orthopedic hospital, Becker’s Hospital Review reported.

Situated on 57.8 acres, the 72-bed project will include 10 ORs, a medical office building, and a surgery center.

A name for the new hospital has not yet been announced.

Construction is set to begin in early 2021, with the opening slated for January 2023
