Perkins Eastman (New York) has promoted four senior living and healthcare designers to leadership roles in Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., according to a news release.
Emily Pierson-Brown, co-managing principal of the firm’s senior living practice, has been appointed principal. Based in Pittsburgh, she leads Perkins Eastman’s Inclusion + Belonging initiatives as people culture manager and was named a Design Champion by Environments for Aging in 2024.
Additionally, Emily Chmielewski, Kayla Enterline, Brad Fanta, and Jennifer Romeo have been promoted to associate principal.
Chmielewski, the firm’s design research director, brings 25 years of experience in evidence-informed environments, with a focus on senior living. She is based in Pittsburgh.
Enterline, based in Chicago, is an interior designer with 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including healthcare and senior living.
Romeo, a LEED Green Associate based in Washington, D.C., applies 20 years of experience as an architect and user experience strategist focused on the planning, programming, and design of healthcare and senior living projects.
