Perkins&Will Names New Health Practice Leader

Laura Morris will help lead the growth of the firm’s New York studio.

Global architecture and design firm Perkins&Will (Chicago) has appointed Laura Morris to health practice leader at its New York studio. She will help lead growth of the firm’s health practice.

Morris, who also joins the studio as associate principal, will lead all health design and planning work connected with the firm’s seven research labs.

Morris is returning to familiar ground with her appointment to the New York studio, having worked with the practice from 2008 to 2013. During her time at Perkins&Will she contributed to projects including John Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore), Einstein Medical Center (Philadelphia), and the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital (Palo Alto, Calif.).
