Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center Opens In Midland, Texas

The Texas Facilities Commission (developer; Austin, Texas), a division of the state government, has opened the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, Texas, according to a news release.

The $232 million project comprises a 54-acre site with 200 beds for adult and pediatric patients.

The facility will be operated by a new entity co-sponsored by Midland County Hospital District (Midland) and Ector County Hospital District (Odessa, Texas).

HKS (Dallas) is the architect on the project, with Robins & Morton (Dallas) serving as general contractor.
