Healthcare organization Progressive Health Group (PHG; Oxford, Miss.) has acquired the former St. Mark’s Medical Center in La Grange, Texas, and is set to reopen it under the name Progressive Health of Fayette, according to a PHG news release.
The hospital, which was closed in October 2023 due to financial challenges, is slated to reopen in early 2026.
Initially, the facility will include emergency, pharmacy, laboratory, and imaging services, with additional specialty programs expected to be added in the future.
