Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, Wash., plans to begin construction by the end of the year on a $41 million expansion on its hospital’s campus, according to a news release.
The project will be completed in four phases over three years and includes remodeling 33,000 square feet of existing space, which will be completed over three phases and expand access to same-day procedures, including imaging and lab services as well as surgery and emergency services.
Additionally, a medical office building (MOB) will be added behind the hospital during the project’s fourth phase.
The hospital plans to remain fully operational during construction.
The project team includes Design West Architects (architect; Logan, Utah) and Bouten Construction (general contractor; Spokane, Wash.).
