Remedy Medical Properties (Chicago), a private owner of healthcare properties, has completed a new Piedmont Healthcare medical office building (MOB) in Newnan, Ga.
The five-story, 113,000-square-foot Piedmont Medical Plaza II will house cardiology, general surgery, neurology, orthopedics, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services.
The project team included Earl Swenson Associates Inc. (architect; Nashville, Tenn.), Batson-Cook (general contractor; Atlanta), and Carter (developer; Atlanta).
