Renown Health Plans Standalone Children’s Hospital In Reno, Nevada

The project will consolidate and expand services spread across several floors at Renown Regional Medical Center.

Renown Health (Reno, Nev.) is planning to develop a new standalone children’s hospital on the Renown Regional Medical Center campus in Reno, according to a news release.

The project is initiated by a $40 million philanthropic gift. Renown Children’s Hospital currently operates across several floors within Renown Regional Medical Center. The project will expand and consolidate at the new facility, including a Level II pediatric trauma center, Level III neonatal intensive care unit, and 16-room pediatric intensive care unit.
